Haakon Graf

Haakon Graf Trio plays funky and melodic improvised original music by Haakon Graf, a legend in the Norwegian music scene. Since the 70s, Haakon has been a prominent figure in several contexts as a keyboardist in the band Ruphus, Hawk On Flight, Grafitti, plus Jan Garbarek, Terje Rypdal and more recently with Paul Jackson, Mike Clark, Airto Moreira, Flora Purim, Frank Gambale, Harvey Mason, and Dennis Chambers, to name a few. He toured Germany and the US in 1994 with Graffiti, worked and lived in Los Angeles from the early 2000’s to 2021.
