Your Content
You retain ownership of content you create on Blink (profile photo, bio, festival reviews). By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display, store and distribute it within the Service. You represent that you own or have the rights to any content you upload, that it does not violate any law or third-party right, and that you are solely responsible for it and its consequences.
Festival Reviews
Reviews must be honest, based on genuine experience, and respectful. We reserve the right to remove reviews that are spam, fake or promotional; abusive, defamatory or off-topic; or posted by someone with a conflict of interest. Each user may submit one review per festival. Reviews are public.
Our Rights to Moderate
We reserve the right (but not the obligation) to review, edit or remove any content that violates these Terms, without notice.

Signals is our 1-to-1 direct messaging feature. By using Signals you agree that:
- You may only message users with whom you have a mutual follow relationship.
- Messages are private between you and the recipient. Other users cannot read them.
- Messages are encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256). Signals is NOT end-to-end encrypted — Blink personnel may access message content only to respond to lawful authority requests, investigate reported abuse, or preserve evidence of imminent harm.
- You are solely responsible for the content of messages you send.
- You must NOT use Signals to send spam, harass, dox, transmit hate speech or illegal material, impersonate any person, share another person's data without consent, or coordinate fraud or criminal activity.
- You can stop receiving messages from any user by removing the mutual follow or blocking them.

7Festival Information Disclaimer
Festival data (dates, lineups, ticket prices, venue info) is provided for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of festival data displayed in the app, and we are not responsible for festival cancellations, postponements or changes by the organiser. We recommend verifying details directly with the official festival website. We are not liable for any loss resulting from reliance on festival information displayed in the app.
Ticket Purchases through Blink
For selected festivals, you may purchase tickets directly through Blink. When you complete a purchase:
- All purchases are final unless otherwise stated. We do not offer refunds except where required by law or in cases of festival cancellation by the organiser.
- Ticket prices are shown in Euros (€) and include any applicable service fees.
- After successful payment you will receive an in-app QR-code ticket and a confirmation email.
- Each QR code is unique and valid for one entry. Do not share your QR code before the event.
- Tickets may be transferred to another Blink user via the app before the event date.
- Once a ticket has been scanned at the entry gate it cannot be reused.
- Blink acts as a ticket distributor on behalf of the festival organiser, who is solely responsible for the organisation, cancellation or postponement of the event.
- We reserve the right to cancel a purchase and issue a full refund if fraud, duplicate purchase or pricing error is detected.
- You must be 18 or older, or have parental consent, to make a paid purchase.
Payment Processing
Payments are processed by Viva Wallet, a licensed payment institution regulated by the Bank of Greece and supervised under the EU Payment Services Directive (PSD2). Blink does not store your full card number, expiry date or CVV; all card data is handled exclusively by Viva Wallet's PCI-DSS certified infrastructure. In case of a payment dispute, contact us at support@belinkedinnewkultures.gr with your order reference number.
Right of Withdrawal — Event Tickets Exemption
Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and Greek law (Ν. 2251/1994, άρθρο 3θ παρ. 2 περ. ιβ'), the 14-day right of withdrawal does NOT apply to contracts for services related to leisure activities (such as festival or concert tickets) where the contract provides for a specific date or period of performance.
By completing a ticket purchase through Blink, you expressly acknowledge and accept that you waive your right of withdrawal for the purchased ticket(s); tickets are non-refundable except in case of cancellation by the organiser, where required by law, or at the organiser's discretion; you may transfer your ticket to another Blink user before the event date; and the statutory legal guarantee of conformity for digital services remains unaffected.

By enabling push notifications, you consent to receive alerts including lineup updates, ticket availability notices, new follower alerts and Blinks. You can manage individual notification categories in Settings → Notifications, or revoke all notifications via your device settings at any time.
9Shops & Affiliate Links
The Shops tab may contain links to third-party products and merchants. When you click an affiliate link, we may earn a commission at no cost to you; any transaction is exclusively between you and the merchant; we are not responsible for product quality, delivery or disputes; and returns and refunds are governed by the merchant's own policies. Affiliate relationships are disclosed where required by law.
